I went to the stadium website but I saw nothing about how they determine if the roof is open or not.

It will be closed. and btw listen to SHOCK AND AWE, what he is saying is correct. The 2009 cowboys vs. the 2009 eagles game is going to do exactly what he said, the important word is AGAIN. Just like the previous match between these two teams, again will happen. Just like the previous match Miles Austin will burn the Eagles D AGAIN. Just like the previous match McNabb will be watching the roof from his back AGAIN. And just like last match the Cowboys will dominate the Eagles AGAIN. Wait maybe hes not talking about this year when he says AGAIN, maybe hes talking about sometime prior to this season….well the Boys dominate the overall record 55-44 so I guess his “AGAIN” statement will still hold truth.
It depends if they are in the 1 billion dollar stadium or if they are in Philly.
