I see their point on one level, that the Dilbert comic is full of negativity & characterizes management as more stupid (but maybe less mean) than they really are. On another level, Dilbert shows you how not to treat employees. We’re all the victims of lower quality due to the treatment of corporate employees. I get the feeling that the people who say don’t read Dilbert are mostly saying this because you won’t make as much money if you do read Dilbert. What are your thoughts?
