Relatives and friends were not allowed to watch the women’s cycle road race finish, while Chinese elite sat there looking bored and hot.
Half the venues are empty and China is blaming corporate no shows.
What is China doing running a Games and not letting people watch it?

I did see a game of Hand Ball, which I had never even heard of, with Croatia vs Spain. The venue only had about 1/3 filled seats. Is it too early in the day for Chinese to attend sporting events? NBC paid a lot of money to alter event times.
