if they are the ones providing the customer service, it is essential they are working within a positive environment…..
qualiy customer service is diffrent from improving customer service, but when ever the customer can leave feeling totally satisfies then you have given them quality customer service.
I think one of the best things you can do while writing your proposal on custumer service is to think deeply what you would find top notch if YOU were the customer. I know one thing is being able to talk to a “real human” who is polite, knowledgable and actually follows through with what they promise. I wish I knew what kind of business/corporation of which you are speaking for there are different ways to handle different business. IE. A service business as opposed to a department store as opposed to an online business, etc. You get the idea. Customers like to be listened to and treated with respect no matter what the business is for, after all, if you don’t have happy customers, you don’t make money. As I said, try to disinfrancshise yourself from your side of the business and place yourself on the customer/client side while thinking through this proposal. I feel confident you will be able to come up with some excellent ideas. Good luck to you.
