		<description>I can&#039;t say I agree.  I&#039;ve lived in 2 cheapo dumps, and the management SUCKED and we had endless problems.  I live in a modestly priced townhouse now, and we&#039;ve had minimal problems and the landlord is great.  We&#039;re soon moving to a more expensive place, and the landlord is great and there&#039;s virtually no crime.  (My bf lived there before).  I think it all depends on where you live.  Granted, there are some BEAUTIFUL brand new apartment complexes in my town that are ghetto trash infested because the landlords accept Section 8.  Those are rare though.</description>
