when we moved in the question was what should i do about the noise made from neighbours upstairs. this tension later turned into an assult on my husband. the thing is today we were informed that because we were not a subisdized couple or a minority the management ignored it when we needed help.
we have plans to move, after the court date is met. we do have adequate proof that my husband did not throw any punches at all at the guy upstairs.
