I’m not sure what you mean by management games, but if you want something like Civilization that’s browser based, try Evony. It’s free, but just barely, and it’s not that great of a game either.

Dark Cut 1 and 2 are fun and bloody. Light cut is unusual. I like ameteur surgeon on adult swim. For animals… there is a website http://online-vet-game.dressup.me/ hope you like that.
