I am planning to enroll for a quality management course, thus I need a expirience letter from my employer and I would appreciate it very much if you could issue me an experience certificate outlining the following:
- my position
- a brief description of responsibilities
- the date I joined the company

I suggest that you request the letter in person rather than in a formal written manner. You are more likely to get a positive respeonse as what you are asking for could be regarded as a reference for use in applying for another position with another company. In person you can explain and alleviate any such concerns.
