Never heard of this game before, but I’m assuming you’re somewhere in Europe.
As far as I can tell from looking at gamespot & ign, neither FIFA Manager ‘09 nor Football/Soccer Manager 2009 seem to be coming to the PS3, though I did find info on each for the PC.
