In time management training program we used to use one game. We used to call some participant and asked him to put many small gravels is a jar and then to put few big stones. Which was not possible to accomodate. Then we asked him to empty the jar and put the stones first and then place small gravels. The small gravels would go in the gaps in between the stones and well acomodated in the jar.
This was to show that we should plan to complete the Elephant tasks first and place the small works in between.
