I really needed something like this, when I was searching for a pm tool. What do you use for pm yourself? We had no luck with MS Project once, so we turned to simpler solutions and were using Basecamp for a couple of years. Then, it felt like we overgrew the app and we switched to Wrike.com. It took some time to ajuast, as it's totally different from Basecamp, but now we're quite happy. It lacks an iPhone app though. A really useful post!
